I’ve been slacking for the past 2 weeks, and it’s time i should get back on my game
Im going to be participating in this challenge on myfitnesspal this week and see if I can actually do it, it’s going to be tough!
I’m starting the ABC diet today also, i really need to lose weight before going to costa rica in a month.
Ill post every night about how many calories i ate and how much I burned through excercise
